Distilled in 2013 in a traditional copper still using lightly smoked malt from Spanish origin and pure water from the Sierra de Madrid.
Aged since day one directly in 220-liter American white oak barrels that were previously used to age Jerez brandy, where it rests until 2023.
Its prolonged aging for 10 years in a cellar exposed to Spain’s warm climate gives this whisky, in a completely original way, dry and fruity notes and aromas that exquisitely differentiate it from other quality whiskies.

MENTIDERO RESERVA 9 years is a luxury rum handcrafted in limited batches of 496 numbered bottles. Its aging takes place in 220-liter Spanish oak barrels, previously used for Pedro Ximénez sweet sherry.

The best of two worlds
Mentidero Solera 12 years is a handcrafted rum triple distilled in Panama where it ages for at least 10 years in American oak barrels. It then travels to Spain where it continues its aging process using the traditional solera method, this time using Spanish oak barrels previously used for Moscatel wine.
The result is a rum with intense aroma and sophisticated flavor, featuring irresistible notes of vanilla, fig, sweet raisins, and caramel.
Like all our rums, Mentidero has no added additives, ensuring authenticity and a genuine connection to the rich tradition of quality rum.
